Technical skills: Growth marketing stack, enterprise ABM platforms, mid-market demand generation, conversion optimization, marketing attribution, CRM/automation for complex B2B cycles
Experience requirements: 4-10 years marketing experience with outlier growth marketing skill - proven 2x+ growth acceleration track record, early-to-growth stage demand generation scaling, systematic analytical approach. Lesser experienced candidates need to demonstrate exceptional career growth and execution skills.
Behavioral competencies: Growth-obsessed mindset with systematic experimentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborative leadership working effectively with sales and product teams
Bonus points: Developer tools marketing, technical content creation, enterprise B2B expertise, community building, product marketing. Industry experience in SaaS/developer tools background, AI/ML industry knowledge, usage-based pricing models, enterprise sales cycles
