Job Summary of Digital Media Manager

This role supports the development and execution of Walmart's digital media strategy by managing small to medium campaigns across paid and organic channels. Responsibilities include campaign planning, performance optimization, reporting, and collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure strategic alignment. The position also involves monitoring budget, enforcing process adherence, and exploring new opportunities for media performance improvement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Digital Media Manager:

Manage campaign execution across paid search, display, and social platforms.
Evaluate media performance and calculate return on investment to guide strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to meet campaign objectives and maintain brand consistency.
Develop creative briefs and assist in campaign concept development.
Oversee SEO optimization efforts including site architecture, content, and keyword strategy.
Conduct A / B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Create and manage dashboards and performance reports using data visualization tools.
Contribute to budget planning and report status updates to leadership.
Identify new customer segments and retargeting opportunities based on performance analysis.

Qualifications and Experience of Digital Media Manager:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of marketing experience.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, Criteo, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and web analytics platforms.
Strong background in campaign optimization, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and ROI measurement.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing, SEO best practices, and Maximus MarTech tools.
Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders.
Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

Salary

$96,000 - $186,000 per year.
