What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor an existing team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.

Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies that drive measurable traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Manage and optimize multiple brand websites to maximize organic visibility and lead generation.

Oversee content strategy, paid campaigns, and brand positioning initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.

Manage projects and campaigns from conception to completion in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and campaign management.

Proven experience leading teams and managing multi-brand marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, SEO and similar platforms.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

A hands-on approach, strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive under deadlines.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Proficieny in Semrush is required.

SEO specialist activity with proven results.
