Summary

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to join our team at Bascom's Chop House in the heart of the culinary scene. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community through creative content and strategic social media initiatives. You would meet with management and staff every week or 2 to keep tabs on the business features and goings on and then translating that into successful online posts. You would also keep our print ads fresh with new content for approximately 5-10 graphics designs per month.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content tailored for various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer interactions.
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Foster relationships with influencers and community members.

Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
Familiarity with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Ability to analyze data using platforms like Google Analytics.
Creative mindset with strong graphic design skills is preferred.
Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
