We are seeking an experienced and innovative eCommerce Retail Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the brand's digital presence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns, optimize website performance, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

The eCommerce Retail Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve overall online business performance.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce marketing plans and strategies to achieve online sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team, digital specialists, and other stakeholders to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in the eCommerce industry.

4. Analyze customer insights and purchasing behaviors to identify target segments and develop personalized marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

5. Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rate through continuous testing, analysis, and improvements.

6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

7. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, such as digital advertising, email marketing, and SEO agencies, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an eCommerce Retail Marketing Manager or a similar role in the eCommerce industry.

3. Strong knowledge of eCommerce marketing principles and techniques, including email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

4. Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the eCommerce industry.

5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

6. Proficiency in analyzing website analytics, campaign performance, and marketing metrics.

7. Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

8. Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate ideas into actionable plans.

9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

10. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, and social media management tools.

11. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
