THE REALITY OF THE ROLE

This is a hands-on position in a seasonal retail environment. You must be comfortable moving between creative thinking, customer analysis, campaign planning and practical execution.

One day might include reviewing how a campaign performed, planning next month's social content, developing an idea for an upcoming event, building an email and walking the store to make sure signage and displays are ready for launch.
