We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead brand development and drive growth across our service-based, direct-to-consumer businesses. You’ll be responsible for building a consistent, compelling brand, overseeing marketing strategy, and scaling e-commerce and our service-based business.

About Us

We are a fast-growing organization operating two synergistic businesses:

eCommerce Investment Firm: We provide investors with a hands-off way to generate passive income through Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop by building, operating, and scaling high-performing online stores on their behalf.
eCommerce Marketing Agency: We help established brands regain control over their marketplace presence—enforcing MAP policies, removing unauthorized resellers, and driving growth through branding, creative strategy, and paid media across major platforms.

We are now seeking a full-time, in-office Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead all marketing operations and scale both sides of the business.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to grow both B2B (agency) and B2C (investment client acquisition) arms
Lead paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads
Create and implement content strategies for organic growth across social platforms
Oversee email marketing, SMS flows, CRM segmentation, and automation
Manage brand positioning, voice, storytelling, and visual identity
Build and optimize lead generation funnels (landing pages, checkout flows, etc.)
Direct creative production: ad creatives, sales collateral, and video marketing assets
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for ROI
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) to streamline creative and marketing processes
Manage and grow the in-house marketing team or external contractors as needed

Required Skills & Expertise

3–5+ years of experience in a growth marketing, digital strategy, or CMO role
Proven success scaling eCommerce brands or marketing agencies
Expert in paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google) with strong ROI tracking
Proficient in funnel building tools (ClickFunnels, HighLevel, Unbounce, or similar)
Strong understanding of email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Postscript, etc.)
Deep knowledge of content creation, social media trends, and community building
Proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, and automations
Strong copywriting and creative direction skills
Ability to lead a team and manage projects across multiple departments

Preferred Credentials & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
Experience working in-house for an eCommerce brand or eComm-focused agency
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop is a plus
Experience working in investor-backed startups or franchise-style operations is a bonus
Familiarity with branding tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
Previous experience hiring, managing, or collaborating with creative teams and agencies
