Job Summary

Dreams Work Consulting is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Digital Support & Growth Assistant to support the promotion of our digital products and assist with our workforce initiative, Work From Home Dreams, which connects candidates to inbound remote call center opportunities.

This role focuses on executing pre-defined tasks such as social media posting, responding to basic inquiries, assisting candidates through the application process, and providing light administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, behind-the-scenes work and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Post pre-written promotional content for digital products on social media platforms
Share product and application links with interested individuals
Respond to basic messages and inquiries using provided scripts
Assist candidates with completing application and training steps
Track candidate progress using Google Sheets or similar tools
Send onboarding, follow-up, and reminder emails
Schedule calls or meetings as requested
Upload documents and update links when needed

QualificationsRequired

Strong written communication skills
Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow instructions, systems, and checklists
Reliable and responsive in a remote work setting
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or social media assistant
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Interest in remote work, entrepreneurship, or workforce development

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
