Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist

Location: Onsite | Portland, OR

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000, DOE

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

What You will Do

As our Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist, you will help shape and execute our digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, generate leads, and accelerate revenue. You will work cross-functionally to help build, manage, and measure campaigns across platforms, applying your skills in automation, analytics, and optimization to fuel success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, email, and web.
Manage and refine marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot preferred).
Own reporting and insights—tracking KPIs, attribution, funnel progression, and campaign ROI.
Leverage analytics tools (Google GA4, GSC, Ads, and GMC) to analyze campaign performance and user journeys.
Implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates across key touchpoints.
Collaborate on SEO strategy and website enhancements to improve organic visibility and lead quality.
Assist in ecommerce platform performance analysis and site usability.
Document and improve digital marketing SOPs, reporting dashboards, and knowledge sharing practices.

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B or eCommerce environments.
Demonstrated expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms—HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
Understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, and lead nurturing strategies.
Solid grasp of SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and B2B content strategies.
Fluency in basic data analysis integration tools, like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Working knowledge of ecommerce sites and basic front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills—with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
A passion for learning new things and exploring emerging tools.
A drive for testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
A collaborative attitude with a keen sense of accountability and initiative.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance productivity and creativity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
