Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Agent Marketing division, with a strong emphasis on advanced digital skillsets that deliver measurable impact. This role is integral to our digital and social function, focused on empowering agents through innovative marketing programs and cutting-edge digital capabilities.

In this position, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of targeted digital marketing strategies designed to significantly boost our online presence and brand engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in key digital disciplines such as display advertising, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, audio/video streaming platforms, and emerging digital channels—leveraging these skills to drive tangible business outcomes.

You will utilize data-driven insights and market analysis to identify and engage target audiences with creative, impactful campaigns. Continuous performance optimization using advanced analytics tools will be essential to maximize ROI and ensure sustained growth in digital engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, a minimum of 3 years of professional-level digital media expertise is required. Candidates should have a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of various digital platforms, and a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends. Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Our Benefits

Because work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week!

Potential starting salary range: $80,600 - $101,450
Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary

Salary range: $88,660 - $111,595
