Become a Marketing / Digital Media Intern at mlee.com – an innovative medical employment software and technology company. Based at 1901 N Lamar Blvd, Dripping Springs, TX, this part-time role (4–20 hours/week, flexible schedule) is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital and content marketing, including social media strategy, video editing, and email campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll assist the marketing/creative team in creating engaging content for websites, social media, sales efforts, and campaigns. This position is available for the spring semester with potential to extend into the summer.

Compensation: Hourly pay of $15–$20/hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and schedule social media content aligned with brand guidelines to boost online engagement.
Edit videos for marketing campaigns and website content using Adobe and AI software.
Create impactful sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
Assist with crafting touchpoint emails and calls to help achieve business goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

Passion for media, marketing, and creative projects.
Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or a Webhost is a plus.
Excellent communication and active listening skills, and a willingness to accept feedback and guidance.
Motivation to work hard and eagerness to acquire new skills.
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
