Job Summary

The Digital Marketing SEO Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of servpro.com, franchise microsites, Google Business Profiles (GBP), and Citation Management Directories, prioritizing superior customer service. This position ensures accurate and optimized digital information for franchise owners, facilitating onboarding, maintenance, and troubleshooting across various platforms. The goal is to maintain brand consistency, heighten visibility, and bolster franchise operations through proficient execution of SEO-related responsibilities. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, SEO.

Your Responsibilities

Assist with the onboarding and initial setup of new Google Business Profiles.
Maintain and update essential business information (e.g., address, phone, tracking numbers).
Provide Google Business Profile access for franchise owners, managers, and authorized vendors.
Support profile optimization requests (categories, service details, imagery).
Submit necessary forms for new profiles, license modifications, and updates.
Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex issues (e.g., reviews, appeals).
Conduct routine tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency across profiles.
Assist with franchisee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers (microsites, GBP Profiles, redirects, etc.).
Manage Domain Name System (DNS) requests in accordance with policy.
Provide support for franchisee inquiries and service requests (e.g., dashboard navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, etc.).
Engage with comments and inquiries related to existing resources.
Assist in creating new resource content.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and online directory management.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Self-motivated and accountable, demonstrating ownership of tasks and timely execution.
Basic understanding of search engines, SEO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
Technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new tools.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
