Compensation Range: $60 - 66 per hour

Are you ready to drive the commercialization and cross-functional execution of industry-defining retail media platforms? In this dynamic dual-function role, you will partner directly with product, sales, and marketing leaders to translate complex ad capabilities into high-impact GTM strategies. You will act as a consultative partner within a Global Retail Media Leader, delivering actionable market insights and managing end-to-end program delivery

Responsibilities

Architect and execute end-to-end GTM strategies to accelerate ad platform adoption and deliver measurable revenue growth.
Develop narrative-rich sales enablement assets and value propositions to position product capabilities effectively in the market.
Lead cross-functional program delivery and roadmaps to ensure seamless coordination across product, sales, and marketing teams.
Analyze market research data and customer insights to conduct recurring business reviews and guide strategic quarterly planning.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, go-to-market execution, or program management within complex digital ecosystems.
Deep expertise in content building, sales enablement, and end-to-end product commercialization strategies.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional workflows, maintaining program roadmaps, and delivering executive-level reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
