Job Summary

An E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. The primary responsibility is to accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

Picking and assembling orders from various storage areas with attention to detail and speed.
Packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
Ensuring products picked are of the highest quality and free from damage.
Accurately documenting and labeling all orders through proper interpretation and understanding of documentation.
Optimizing tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
Balancing fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering excellent service, including resolving issues promptly.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards, and operating material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.

Requirements

Efficiently picking and packing orders within specified timeframes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrates flexibility in completing and adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

Key Qualifications
