Client Service Specialist in Digital Marketing

Overview

The ideal candidate will support the organization of various online and on-site activities to increase the company's visibility and brand awareness. This role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for conversion and acquisition, as well as participating in data-driven impact analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement content amplification strategies to position the company as a thought leader in its sector;
Contribute to the creation and optimization of the CRM asset, transforming data into long-term relationships;
Coordinate and manage partnerships within the company's ecosystem, supporting event organization and customer care on the WhatsApp channel;
Participate in forecasting and co-analysis of campaigns, evaluating the impact of each action on the business.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably within HR-related companies (consulting firms, head hunting, APL, welfare & wellbeing, corporate training, software HR, etc.);
Knowledge of key HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, People & Culture, Employer Branding) and familiarity with future of work themes, smart organization, and organizational well-being;
Strong interest in digital marketing and industry trends, with basic knowledge of brand positioning;
Familiarity with the content marketing funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion);
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data analysis, performance metrics, basic forecasting);
Native-level Italian fluency and B2/C1 level English proficiency;
Proactive attitude and autonomy; strong communication skills, copywriting, and professional writing abilities;
Attention to detail, precision, data-driven mindset, and goal-oriented approach.

Benefits

Full-time contract (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday;
Remote-first model ensuring full operational flexibility and no fixed presence in the office;
CCNL Commercio agreement, 14 monthly payments;
Possibility of apprendistato or indefinite employment contracts based on profile seniority and requirements matching.

Other

Canva or other visual branding tool experience is desirable. Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and email marketing tools is also advantageous. The ideal candidate should be willing to participate in periodic meetings at the Milan office to foster collaboration, direct interaction, and team building, as well as attend company events and shared activities with the marketing team.

Trajectories

Apprendistato or Tempo Indeterminato contract, depending on profile seniority and requirements matching;

Salary

€25-32K, inclusive of potential benefits.
