As a Digital Product Manager in this organization, you will play a vital role in defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of products. As a Digital Product Manager on the Network Connectivity team, you will engage at the intersection of business and technology. Collaborating closely with Network Connectivity Engineering and other key stakeholders, you will design innovative solutions and implement new capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop, own, and communicate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Ongoing Management: Work with the Digital Product team to write & groom user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.
Performance Monitoring: Define product performance metrics, monitor using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage product budgets and resources.
Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually enhance the product.

Qualifications

Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of development processes, human-centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in generating solutions.
7+ years of experience in the engineering and support of complex networks.
Able to translate business continuity and IT resiliency goals for current and future network deployments.
Familiarity with market and technology trends in network communications within private and public cloud sectors.
Strong comprehension of networking technologies and their associated implementation standards such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and Remote Office.
Experience interacting with product stakeholders, including Server, Storage, Cloud, and other Infrastructure owners.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $104,000.00 to $187,625.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

The selected candidate will be required to submit to a background investigation.
