About the Business Development Team

Our Business Development team is dedicated to growing GMV sales for Walmart’s International e-commerce Marketplaces. We drive marketplace adoption among top sellers and maximize their sales. This role is key in executing Walmart’s cross-border trade e-commerce strategy, fostering collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

Drive marketplace adoption and maximize seller sales
Generate leads, recruit, and onboard sellers to Walmart marketplace
Increase adoption of Walmart services to improve seller performance
Manage your own pipeline of prospective Sellers
Foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams

What you’ll bring

Proven track record of developing and closing high-impact deals
Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce
Fluency in a second language, with Spanish preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
