The Account Manager – eCommerce will be instrumental in expanding Gama Sonic’s online presence and driving sales through key national retail accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker, organized and detailed oriented, with an understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets across national retail accounts.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth, optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution of eCommerce initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon), CRM software, and data analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field preferred.
National account management experience with a strong emphasis on eCommerce. Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors is not required, but preferred.
Familiar in Big Retailer eCommerce platforms (e.g., HomeDepot.com, Amazon), CRM software, and data analytics tools is helpful, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
