Position Overview

We’re hiring a full-time eCommerce & Creative Marketing Manager to work on-site at our West Jordan office. This is a hybrid role that requires both operational precision and creative thinking — managing customer orders, communicating with suppliers, and producing digital content that showcases our products across social media and email.

Responsibilities

Order & Operations Management

Monitor and manage orders through our Shopify store
Send POs to manufacturers and suppliers
Place and track drop ship orders
Coordinate shipping logistics and customer updates
Process and pay invoices accurately and on time
Maintain order records and track supplier communications

Creative Content & Marketing

Photograph and film product content in our studio or on-site
Create short-form videos and image assets for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Use AI tools to help generate product explainers, testimonials, and lifestyle content
Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo
Help develop our brand voice across social media, website, and blog content

Ideal Candidate

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing orders, timelines, and supplier communication
Proficient with Shopify, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Comfortable behind a camera and confident producing original photo/video content
Enthusiastic about AI content tools (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, Hedra)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with clear direction
Bonus: Experience in home goods, wellness, or lifestyle branding

Pay & Benefits

$21–$28 per hour, depending on experience
