As we continue to grow across DTC, retail, and wholesale channels, we’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who can help scale customer acquisition while maintaining profitable growth.

Position Overview

The Paid Social Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of DIFF’s paid social advertising programs across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. This is not simply a campaign management role. We are looking for a strategic growth marketer who understands the full customer acquisition funnel, can leverage data to drive decisions, and collaborates closely with Creative, Ecommerce, and Brand teams to identify opportunities for scalable growth.

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing paid social campaigns for high-growth direct-to-consumer brands and is equally comfortable analyzing performance data, developing testing roadmaps, and partnering with creative teams to improve advertising effectiveness. The role combines performance marketing, creative strategy, and business ownership to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snap, AppLovin (Axon) and emerging platforms.
Own campaign setup, audience development, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling initiatives.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
Manage significant monthly advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets.
Build and maintain testing frameworks for audiences, creative concepts, offers, and landing pages.

Growth & Performance Analysis

Analyze campaign, customer, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
Develop forecasting models and budget recommendations to support revenue goals.
Create actionable reporting and performance insights for leadership.
Partner with Ecommerce and Analytics teams to improve attribution, measurement, and reporting accuracy.
Identify trends and opportunities across acquisition channels and customer segments.

Creative Strategy

Collaborate with Creative, Influencer, and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creative.
Translate performance insights into creative briefs and testing recommendations.
Evaluate creative performance using engagement, conversion, and efficiency metrics.
Recommend new content formats, messaging angles, and UGC opportunities.
Drive continuous creative iteration based on platform and campaign performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and Retention teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding channel investments and growth opportunities.
Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

QualificationsRequired

4+ years of hands-on paid social media experience, preferably within DTC ecommerce.
Proven experience managing seven-figure monthly advertising budgets.
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
Experience developing testing strategies and scaling customer acquisition programs.
Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and ecommerce analytics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency with Shopify, Northbeam, Google Analytics or similar attribution platforms.

Preferred

Experience in fashion, eyewear, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Experience with Pinterest and other emerging paid social channels.
Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce environments.
Experience managing creative testing programs and UGC initiatives.
Knowledge of retention marketing and customer lifecycle strategies.

Success Metrics

In this role, success will be measured by

Revenue growth from paid social channels.
Return on ad spend (ROAS) and marketing efficiency ratio (MER).
Customer acquisition cost (CAC).
New customer growth.
Creative testing velocity and performance improvements.
Contribution toward overall ecommerce growth objectives.
