Job Description

As a Mgr., Interactive Marketing PMO at Hyundai, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the Hyundai consumer-facing website (Hyundaiusa.com) initiatives and working cross-functionally with business partners to achieve brand vision & objectives. The role involves managing interactive marketing activities for various owned properties, including HyundaiUSA.com, microsites, marketing Apps, and digital content development.

You will support leading H.com new major initiatives and ongoing projects.
Manage the planning and operations of the Marketing's digital destination development, upgrades, and general maintenance and reporting in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Work with the Sr. Manager, Interactive Marketing, business stakeholders, and in-house IT organization, other technology partners to keep HyundaiUSA.com competitive and manage other digital projects from inception to launch, ensuring marketing integration and timely implementation.

You will lead and manage each assigned project PMO teams as PMO lead, ensuring production activity is consistent with HMA's marketing strategy. This includes managing Creative Agency of Record to provide creative strategy and execution of both integrated and standalone digital programs, defining business requirements and scope for projects by clearly communicating HMA business expectations, feedback, and approvals to involved parties.

You will integrate and optimize mobile, tablet, desktop sites, and mobile Apps into HMA's marketing ecosystem.
Manage the vendor(s) selected to provide creative strategy and execution.
Negotiate production costs and timelines.

You will create and present executive PowerPoint briefings, conduct routine status updates, conduct continual process improvements that reduce or eliminate content errors, effectively coach, counsel, and develop staff. You will utilize the diverse talents of the staff by efficiently managing staff's time, materials, and budget while focusing on the goals and vision of the company.
