As a Digital Marketing Specialist at C.A.T., you will play a vital role in driving the success of our marketing strategy across all divisions. We seek a dynamic, motivated, detail‑oriented individual passionate about marketing.

Job Type

Permanent, Full‑time; Monday‑Friday.

Location

Vaudreuil‑Soulanges Regional County Municipality, QC.

Responsibilities

Deploy the annual marketing plan and regularly adjust campaigns to capitalize on impromptu opportunities.
Optimize the positioning and branding of C.A.T. and its other divisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value.
Create new content for marketing, sales, and recruitment strategies adapted to each region’s needs and vision.
Analyze and measure website and marketing campaign results to optimize performance.
Manage all social media channels.
Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness, and online reputation.
Work alongside the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing to coordinate all marketing aspects across all divisions and brands.

Requirements

1–3 years of marketing experience.
University degree in marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
Robust communication, analytical, and creative skills.
Dedicated, strong team player.
Organized and detail‑oriented.
Ability to work alone and in a team.
Capable of performing under tight deadlines.
Has a passport and is able to travel up to 25%.
Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
Fluently bilingual in French & English; Spanish is an asset.
Excellent storytelling skills.
