- Marketplace & eCommerce Manager (Amazon & eBay)

Location: Dalton, GA (In-House, Full-Time) Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Director Compensation: $55K–$75K base + performance incentives

We’re looking for a Marketplace & eCommerce Manager to revive and grow our Amazon and eBay sales channels. Our Amazon store once generated over $1.5M in annual revenue — but recent years have seen a steady decline, and we’re ready to turn that around.

- What You’ll Do

Amazon & eBay Channel Management

· Own day-to-day operations of our Amazon and eBay storefronts

· Manage listings, inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategy

· Develop and execute plans to recover revenue and expand market share

· Monitor seller health, reviews, and account performance

Listing Optimization & Growth

· Optimize titles, bullets, keywords, backend terms, and A+ content

· Identify ASINs to fix, retire, or enhance based on performance data

· Coordinate with the media team for new photos and videos

Advertising & Promotions

· Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands)

· Collaborate with Marketing Director to test paid strategies and measure ROI

· Run coupons, deals, and off-Amazon promotions where appropriate

Analytics & Strategy

· Track KPIs: sales, sessions, conversions, ACOS, TACOS, margins

· Provide insights and forecasts for executive and marketing leadership

· Test new channels like Walmart or Facebook Marketplace if aligned

- What We’re Looking For

· 2–5 years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (required)

· Experience with eBay sales and order processing (preferred)

· Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, SEO, and listing optimization

· Detail-oriented with solid reporting and organizational skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

· Bonus: Experience using Jungle Scout or similar tools
