In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for developing, designing, and managing campaigns across various digital platforms, including email and social media. Your efforts will directly impact our online customer base, fostering retention, loyalty, and growth. You'll also assist with a variety of marketing administrative tasks, making this a role where you can truly make a difference.

What You'll Do

Email Marketing & Social Media Management

Create, segment, and send engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp.
Develop and manage content for our social media channels, primarily Facebook and Instagram.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand presence.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Explore new opportunities for growth on platforms like Pinterest and TikTok.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and digital assets.
Perform light photo editing to ensure all visuals are high-quality and on-brand.
Create fresh, compelling content that showcases our beautiful cabin properties and inspires travelers.

Analytics & Optimization

Track and analyze website traffic, email metrics, and social media performance.
Use data to optimize campaigns and make informed decisions to maximize impact.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or related role.
Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp is a plus).
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with video shooting and editing.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Experience with Pinterest and TikTok marketing.
