Key Responsibilities

Select and gather products efficiently, maintaining a focus on freshness and quality.
Assemble and process customer orders, including managing coupons and payments.
Deliver and load orders directly into customers' cars upon their arrival at the store.
Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas, adhering to all safety guidelines and food standards.
Provide support and assistance to diverse customers, including minors and older adults.
Assist in training new team members, contributing to a positive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
Basic math skills and ability to read shelf tags.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience as a personal shopper, cashier, or in a production-oriented environment.
