Nexa Space is a growing 3PL company based in New Jersey, serving eCommerce brands on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and Temu. We offer warehousing, fulfillment, FBA prep, returns, and B2B shipping for sellers in both the U.S. and China.

We’re looking for a bilingual, culturally fluent content & marketing specialist who understands both Chinese and U.S. internet cultures — someone who can plan cross-border campaigns, produce engaging short-form content, and organize seller-focused events.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage content across U.S. and China platforms:
U.S.: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
China: 小红书 (RED), 抖音, 微信视频号
Track internet trends (memes, formats, viral styles) and localize for platform use
Film/edit warehouse workflows, client stories, BTS videos, unboxings, livestream clips
Write engaging bilingual captions & copy (English + Chinese)
Organize warehouse tours, seller meetups, livestream product walkthroughs
Coordinate with influencers, industry groups, and WeChat community owners for co-marketing opportunities
Support the sales team with marketing assets such as flyers, pitch decks, and client case studies
Assist the sales team in lead generation by creating targeted content for outreach campaigns and social engagement
Track engagement metrics (views, messages, conversions) and provide monthly reports to optimize content and event strategy

Requirements

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
Strong awareness of U.S. internet trends, viral video styles, and eCommerce buyer behavior
Familiar with content styles across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, 微信视频号
Skilled in short-form video production, using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or eCommerce brand promotion
Able to work partly on-site (NJ warehouse) for filming and event coordination
Highly creative, execution-focused, detail-oriented, and trend-sensitive

Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience)
Potential for promotion to Marketing Manager / China Market Lead
