Advertising Specialist – Digital Marketing

Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking a creative and motivated Advertising Specialist with a focus on digital marketing to support our growing Marketing Department. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional with strong interest and skills in digital advertising, social media, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other media channels.
Create engaging content (graphics, posts, ads, short videos) aligned with brand standards.
Assist with campaign scheduling, tracking, and analytics reporting.
Support advertising strategies tailored to McAllen, RGV, Corpus, and San Antonio market needs.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team to expand referral sources and promote services.
Assist with community outreach campaigns and promotional projects as needed.
Maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.
Participate in developing new marketing opportunities and service promotions.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest and skill in digital marketing and social media advertising.
Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.
Ability to create clean, branded content and follow templates or guidelines.
Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Familiarity with social media ad management tools.
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
Experience with video editing or short-form content creation.
