Summary of Job Description

The Digital Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting national social campaigns, project management, and partnerships with agencies, all under the guidance of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. This position aids in influencer engagements, content creation, and execution while efficiently managing project requests from various internal teams. Furthermore, the assistant is involved in invoice and budget oversight and may undertake additional special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Assists in the development of social media strategies for national campaigns, including managing administrative tasks and coordinating project timelines and agency partnerships.
Contributes to paid influencer activations by reviewing content, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively with agencies.
Supports the creation, production, and implementation of social media content under the direction of experienced digital marketing team members.
Manages intake and evaluations of new project requests from internal clients across various departments.
Assists with managing invoices and budgeting for Digital Social cost centers.
Takes on special projects as directed by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Your Background & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in marketing or a related field.
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, particularly in social media or project management marketing functions.
Successful completion of annual store training is required upon hiring.
Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is mandatory for this position.
Pay Range: $28-$35 per hour.
