Job Duties and Responsibilities of Business Transformation Office Intern:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Support project documentation, status updates, milestone tracking, and risk management efforts.
Contribute to business adoption activities, helping teams stabilize and adjust post-launch.
Assist with performance analysis, issue resolution, and the implementation of lessons learned.
Collaborate on reporting activities and governance processes to ensure continued project success.
Help refine and implement project management tools and templates to standardize processes across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience of Business Transformation Office Intern:

Graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
Field of study: Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated interest in business transformation, program management, or organizational development.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
