Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports client campaigns, brand storytelling, and overall marketing initiatives. This role requires strong technical skills, a creative eye, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Duties

Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video and photo content for client campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
Operate cameras, lighting equipment, audio gear, and stabilizers to ensure polished, high-quality results.
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Retouch and edit photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to maintain consistent visual quality.
Capture content for short-form social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Organize and manage digital media assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
Direct talent, clients, or models during shoots to achieve the desired look and message.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Stay updated on social media content trends to enhance creative output.
Assist in creating visual assets for paid advertising campaigns when needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in videography and photography, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, photography, and creative direction.
Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio tools.
Advanced editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects (optional), Lightroom, and Photoshop.
Ability to conceptualize and deliver content tailored for social media platforms.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and brand aesthetics.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
