Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports client campaigns, brand storytelling, and overall marketing initiatives. This role requires strong technical skills, a creative eye, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Duties

  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video and photo content for client campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements.
  • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
  • Operate cameras, lighting equipment, audio gear, and stabilizers to ensure polished, high-quality results.
  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Retouch and edit photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to maintain consistent visual quality.
  • Capture content for short-form social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Organize and manage digital media assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Direct talent, clients, or models during shoots to achieve the desired look and message.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on social media content trends to enhance creative output.
  • Assist in creating visual assets for paid advertising campaigns when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in videography and photography, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, photography, and creative direction.
  • Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio tools.
  • Advanced editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects (optional), Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver content tailored for social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
