The Personality: The Aggressive "Player-Coach"
We are not seeking a "clock-puncher" or a traditional corporate marketer. We are looking for an internal media mogul who:
- Out-Hustles the Norm: You have a high motor and a bias for action. You don't wait for "creative inspiration"—you create the engine.
- Works Hand-in-Glove with Sales: You will spend significant time with our sales team, interviewing them to uncover the real questions customers ask and creating content that helps them close deals more quickly.
- Obsesses Over Metrics: You are driven by lead growth, organic traffic, and revenue attributed to your work.
- Embraces the "Open Runway": You are eager to be rewarded based on merit and want the freedom to build a department from scratch without being held back.
- Adaptable to the Evolving Systems Landscape: You are a systems thinker who leverages AI to accelerate your workflow, but you have the judgment to avoid over-reliance, ensuring every piece of content stays 100% on-brand, accurate, professional, and backed by subject matter expertise.
Your Production Mandate (3 High-Impact Pieces a Week)
You will own the end-to-end execution and brand integrity of at least three quality pieces of content every week.
- The "Big 5": Writing the definitive guides on Pricing, Comparisons, and Problems to drive trust and transparency.
- Video Production: Overseeing or filming "80% Videos" and "Bio Videos" that humanize our expert team.
- Social Mastery: Transforming our technical expertise into clear, "People-Centric" social content.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensuring a consistent professional look and feel across all marketing tools, from sell sheets to digital dashboards.

- Experience: 2–5 years of marketing experience with documented "victory stories" in growth or content.

Location: Rockland County, NY (Congers area)
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 Base + Quarterly "Consistency" Bonuses + Revenue Incentives
Total Target Year 1: $95,000 – $110,000+
