Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in Canada.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing strategy and execution while influencing customer experiences across the funnel.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention.

2. Collaborate with channel leads and product marketers to shape regional marketing approaches.

3. Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform growth initiatives.

4. Lead testing agendas and execute iterative growth experiments to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

5. Analyze campaign performance and customer data to inform growth strategy and strengthen product-market fit.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid role owning full-funnel new customer acquisition and engagement.

Proven success in driving regional growth strategy and execution across digital, lifecycle, and promotional channels.

Strong ability to assess end-to-end new customer experiences and influence improvements across teams.

Demonstrated success building testing agendas and executing iterative growth experiments.
