We are seeking a dynamic

Paid Search e-commerce specialist

to spearhead the creation, optimization, and management of e-commerce-focused paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon Advertising and be well-versed in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities

Strategically manage and optimize e-commerce PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, Microsoft and other relevant paid search platforms
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
Report on campaign performance and status updates to external and internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives

Required Skills/Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce paid search (retail PPC/SEM), preferably in an agency setting
Proficiency in leveraging advanced Amazon Advertising tactics and strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands/Video, Sponsored Display
Proficiency in leveraging advanced Google and Bing tactics and strategies, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, Audience Signals/Custom Segments, Smart Bidding
Proficiency with Shopping campaigns (Standard, Smart, PMAX) and feed management
Proven abilities with managing 6-figure monthly budgets
Expertise in YouTube strategies for reach, engagement and conversion
Strong familiarity with Amazon ecosystem, including Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon DSP, AMC
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Ability to pull data from platforms and generate ad hoc reporting
Comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams as needed
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated track record of managing successful paid search campaigns with a focus on driving results and ROI
