Senior E-Commerce Automation & Listing Development Specialist ($25-$30)

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for developing detailed product listings while playing a key role in process improvement and automation. We believe in blending creativity with efficiency, and we’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also excited to take on diverse tasks. Whether it’s creating product listings or automating repetitive tasks, you’ll make a significant impact across the company.

Also as part of this role, you’ll be working regularly in Microsoft Excel — not just for basic data entry, but for analyzing and manipulating data, building reports, and solving real business problems.

We’re specifically looking for someone who is comfortable working in Excel on a regular basis and has hands-on experience using functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements, conditional formatting, and Power Query or macros are even better!

What You’ll Be Doing

Part 1: Product Listing Creation and Maintenance (80% of Job)

Create Product Listings: You’ll develop accurate, well-researched product listings across platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and our website. This includes researching supersession history, finding old replacement numbers, and ensuring all product details are precise.
Product Photography: Capture high-quality product photos that meet platform requirements and showcase products.
Data Management: Use your Excel expertise to organize data, manage bulk updates, revisions, and uploads to ensure our listings stay fresh and accurate.

Part 2: Process Improvement, Automation & Miscellaneous Projects (20% of Job)

Implement Automation Solutions: You’ll use your technical skills to design and implement automation systems that improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Whether it's through coding (Python, JavaScript, SQL) or leveraging advanced Excel features, you’ll turn ideas into working solutions that reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity.
Tackle Diverse Projects: Take on cross-departmental projects where you'll apply your expertise to solve complex problems, enhance workflows, and implement technical solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with different teams to understand their pain points and challenges. Using your technical skills, you’ll design and implement tools or processes that simplify their work and increase overall operational efficiency.
Drive Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes, and propose innovative solutions using your technical expertise. You’ll not only design these improvements but also execute them, ensuring that workflows become smoother, faster, and more scalable.
