Senior E-commerce Manager - Digital Growth Strategy

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing online retailer, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior E-commerce Manager to lead their digital growth initiatives. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies aimed at driving online sales, improving customer experience, and expanding market reach. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, platform management, and data analytics to optimize online performance and achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a holistic e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. Manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website operations, product merchandising, and user experience optimization. Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing) to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Analyze e-commerce performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, IT, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Manage the e-commerce budget, forecasting sales, and optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI. Stay abreast of e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, fostering a high-performance culture. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners. Drive innovation in the online customer experience through A/B testing and user research.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving significant online sales growth. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and related technologies. Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email automation. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively independently and manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment. Understanding of supply chain and logistics as they relate to e-commerce operations.
