Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior E-commerce Growth Strategist to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in identifying and executing initiatives to drive significant growth across all online sales channels. You will leverage advanced analytics, A/B testing, and a deep understanding of the customer journey to optimize conversion rates, increase average order value, and enhance customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking marketer with a proven track record in e-commerce optimization, a passion for digital innovation, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for the e-commerce platform, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention. Analyze website performance, user behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Plan and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests on website elements (e.g., landing pages, product pages, checkout flow) to improve conversion rates. Optimize the customer journey from initial touchpoint through to post-purchase engagement. Develop and manage personalized marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising) to drive sales and loyalty. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. Stay current with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage the e-commerce budget effectively and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly. Identify and evaluate new growth channels and partnership opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. Oversee the implementation of new features and functionalities on the e-commerce platform. Mentor junior members of the e-commerce team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on growth strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Proven expertise in utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). Demonstrated success in developing and implementing data-driven growth strategies that have resulted in significant revenue increases. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
