WhatJobs Direct is looking for a creative and strategic Senior Content Marketing Strategist to join a forward-thinking company that values impactful storytelling. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your preferred location. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy designed to attract, engage, and convert our target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of content creation, SEO, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a long-term content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals; Overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media updates; Conducting keyword research and SEO analysis to optimize content for search engines; Managing the editorial calendar and ensuring timely content production and distribution; Collaborating with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce compelling assets; Analyzing content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and reporting on key insights; Identifying new content opportunities and emerging trends in the industry; Ensuring brand consistency and voice across all content platforms; Developing strategies to promote content and expand reach through various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in content marketing or a related role. Proven success in developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable results is essential. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills are a must. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is required. Experience in a remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.
