Our client is seeking a data-driven and innovative E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to join our remote-first team. This role will be instrumental in driving significant growth across our online sales channels, developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. You will leverage a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention tactics to achieve ambitious growth targets. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a vibrant online retail environment.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our e-commerce platforms. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and affiliate marketing. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Oversee website analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on website elements, ad creatives, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates. Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and lifetime value maximization, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing efforts. Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing assets. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Work closely with the product and merchandising teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product offerings. Identify and implement new customer acquisition channels and partnerships. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives. Manage social media strategy to build brand awareness and community engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on growth and performance marketing. Proven track record of successfully driving online sales growth through various digital channels. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing principles. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketing automation tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in digital marketing. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
