This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales, increase customer acquisition, and enhance brand engagement across all digital channels. You will oversee the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to post-purchase loyalty. Key responsibilities include managing paid social media campaigns, optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, developing compelling email marketing strategies, and leveraging affiliate marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce analytics, customer segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will be adept at analyzing performance data, identifying key trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and product managers, is essential. This role demands a creative thinker with a proven track record of success in digital marketing, specifically within the e-commerce space. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce growth marketing. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), marketing automation tools, and analytics suites (e.g., Google Analytics) is mandatory. Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance reporting is crucial.
