As a Technical Paid Media Specialist you will be responsible for:

The Paid Media Technical Specialist is a hybrid role at Webtmize, primarily focused on the technical intricacies of digital media platforms, data integration and analytics. This role does not directly execute campaigns but ensures that platform integration, data flows, reporting and analytics are seamlessly connected.

Reporting to the Digital Project Manager, the Specialist works closely with the Paid Media team and partners to make data-driven decisions and ensure effective integration of technologies.

  • *Responsibilities**:
  • Configure technical requirements for paid media platforms for our clients on major platforms such as Facebook, Google and more.
  • Handle technical requirements for integration between different paid media platforms and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
  • Design, implement, and, where necessary, troubleshoot consistent tagging across platforms using tools such as Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting through Google Analytics 4.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to understand data requirements and ensure appropriate integrations and tagging to extract valuable insights.
  • Execute and deliver in-depth analyses of data flows and provide actionable insights by designing and using visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams for seamless integration of data and reporting processes.
  • Regularly monitor, audit and ensure data accuracy and consistency across different platforms and reports.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with tools such as Supermetrics to streamline and automate data processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding status, issues and reports, although direct meetings with clients may be limited.
  • Adhere to and contribute to structured team policies, ensuring effective use of the project management tool, Click Up, for task tracking, communication and progress control, and creating and updating documentation and design specifications.
  • *Requirements**:
  • Bachelor's and 2+ years of practical experience using the Google ecosystem (Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, DV/CM360) and other related digital marketing and technical tools integrated into digital media.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets and similar platforms.
  • Experience with Supermetrics is an added advantage.
  • Technical acumen with a focus on platform integration, data consistency and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details in an understandable way to customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is an additional asset.
  • Google and other digital media certifications are mandatory or an asset.
