Email Marketing Specialist

This role drives email marketing strategy, journey development, and campaign execution within the Channel Marketing Team. You'll lead the maturation of our email program to deliver personalized communications at scale and optimize engagement. Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, such as filtered data extensions and Automation Studio, are essential skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a focus on precise audience segmentation via filtered data extension (SQL skills a plus)
• Utilize Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio to create and manage personalized email journeys enhancing engagement and conversion
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, refining automation workflows with technical insights
• Plan A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, program ROI, and sales growth
• Maintain organized views of data, requirements, documentation, and experiences/communications across key segments
• Identify new engagement strategies fitting within our objectives
