Key Responsibilities
Improve consumer experience by developing and implementing best practices
Educate clients on optimizing system configurations for enhanced member experiences
Collaborate with teams to create processes and SOPs for consumer experience optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1-3 years of experience in customer consulting or a related field
Experience in communications, technology, or benefits / human resources is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
