• Tests and measures new strategies for list-building and conversion
• Works with leadership on growth strategies

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of growth marketing experience
• Proven track record in executing successful strategies
• Proficient in major digital platforms and analytics tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Emotional intelligence and intuition
• Detail-oriented and analytical
