I’m looking for an experienced Pinterest marketing specialist to help me build a sustainable, long-term traffic system that drives the right people to my blog and converts them into email subscribers.

I’m inspired by creators who’ve used Pinterest as a search engine (not social media) to grow their mailing lists through evergreen blog content — and I’m looking for someone who understands how to implement this strategically.

This is not about quick wins or vanity metrics. I’m interested in thoughtful, systemised growth that compounds over time.

What I’m looking for help with

  • Developing a Pinterest strategy aligned with blog traffic + email list growth
  • Keyword research and SEO-led pin strategy
  • Guidance on content pillars and pin structure (idea pins, static pins, etc.)
  • Setting up or optimising Pinterest account for discoverability
  • Creating a repeatable system (so this doesn’t rely on constant reinvention)
  • Optional: pin design templates or direction (not required, but a bonus)

What success looks like

  • Consistent traffic from Pinterest to blog posts
  • Clear pathways from blog content to email opt-ins
  • A strategy that feels sustainable, not high-maintenance
  • Me understanding why we’re doing what we’re doing (not a black box)

Ideal experience

  • Proven experience growing blog traffic and/or email lists via Pinterest
  • Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO and analytics
  • Experience working with coaches, consultants, creators, or service-based businesses
  • Comfortable explaining strategy in plain English

Please include in your proposal

  • Examples of Pinterest accounts or results you’ve worked on
  • A brief explanation of how you approach Pinterest for list growth
  • What you’d focus on in the first 30–60 days

This will start as a strategy + setup project, with the potential for ongoing support if it’s a good fit.
