The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Operations partner to help us turn ideas, real client work, and founder-authored content into consistent momentum and a healthier sales pipeline.
This is not a virtual assistant role and not a sales role. You won’t be cold-calling or inventing thought leadership from scratch. Instead, you’ll help polish, organize, distribute, and operationalize content and outreach that already exists.
You’ll work closely with the founder, who owns strategy, delivery, and core messaging.

What You’ll Own
Content & Thought Leadership Operations
- Edit and polish founder-authored content (white papers, case studies, blog drafts)
- Improve clarity, flow, formatting, and readability for non-technical audiences
- Prepare content for distribution (website, gated downloads, LinkedIn posts)
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form snippets and social posts
Pipeline & CRM Support
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM
- Track leads by source (inbound, partners, referrals, platforms like Upwork)
- Help ensure warm leads don’t go cold
- Draft follow-ups and reminders for founder review
Growth & Partner Enablement
- Track partner and referral conversations
- Support lightweight partner follow-ups and materials
- Help operationalize small outbound experiments without being spammy

- Not cold sales or quota-based
- Not pure social media posting
- Not data analysis or dashboard building
- Not ghostwriting or inventing our point of view
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of execution, not wait for step-by-step instructions.

Ideal Background
You may be a strong fit if you’ve
- Supported a founder-led consultancy, agency, or B2B services firm
- Worked in marketing operations, growth ops, or sales ops
- Managed CRMs (Pipedrive, Moxie, or similar)
- Edited or polished white papers, case studies, or thought leadership content
- Worked comfortably in async, remote environments
Strong written English, organization, and follow-through are essential.

- Coordination: lightweight async workflows (no heavy PM tools)

Trial & Next Steps
We’ll start with a short paid trial, which may include:
- Polishing a section of an existing white paper
- Cleaning up a small set of CRM records
- Drafting 1–2 LinkedIn posts from existing content
If it’s a good fit, this will grow into an ongoing partnership.
