We are actively seeking an ambitious and strategic Vice President of B2B Marketing and Pipeline Development to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive demand generation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

B2B Demand Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy, focusing on the entire funnel from awareness through to pipeline growth.
  • Create engaging, customer-centric programs that effectively convey Tillster's unique value proposition.
  • Lead lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and conversion strategies that prioritize ROI.

Purposeful Campaigns

  • Initiate high-impact digital marketing campaigns, events, and field marketing initiatives that generate excitement and achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to craft effective messaging that stands out.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Communicate our narrative through educational and inspiring content—such as white papers, case studies, videos, and more.
  • Position Tillster as a leading voice in the commerce platform industry.

Systems & Tools

  • Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions that enhance our impact.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Oversee the sales development strategy to ensure effective synergy between marketing and sales teams.
  • Equip Sales Development Representatives with essential training, resources, and messaging to convert leads into an active pipeline.

Events, PR & Brand Enhancement

  • Direct PR and media strategies while developing key agency partnerships.
  • Lead Tillster's participation in trade shows, client summits, and industry events to ignite awareness and demand.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned B2B marketing leader with extensive experience in demand generation.
  • A strategic visionary capable of executing innovative plans.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Expertise in crafting campaigns that resonate with QSR, hospitality, or enterprise technology markets.
  • A collaborative, data-oriented professional driven by results and eager to create impact!

What You Will Enjoy

  • Competitive Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 base plus equity.
