Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for your assigned B2B territory.
- Gain insights into customer needs, objectives, and challenges to provide effective solutions.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand existing customer accounts.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and address issues swiftly to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities.
- Create and deliver proposals, pricing, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide management with regular updates on account status, challenges, and growth strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and communications in CRM systems.
- Work with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to meet customer needs effectively.
- Share customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B account management or sales is advantageous.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to cultivate strong relationships with clients across various levels.
- Organized and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
