Job Title: CRM Campaign Specialist (Contract to potential hire)

Job Location: Alameda, CA 94502

Days/Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)

100 Percent Onsite

Top 3–5 Key Skills or Experience

  • Partner with CRM Manager to develop and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels using platforms like Braze.

Experience with advanced CRM platforms (Braze)

  • CRM Marketing understanding with a proven ability to design, execute, and optimize with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering personalized experiences that drive loyalty.

Segmentation and personalization

  • The ability to leverage customer data to create targeted, personalized campaigns that engage customers at the right time with the right message.
  • Having experience working within a regulated industry is a bonus.

Cross functional collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, regulatory, legal, etc to deliver campaigns and align with business goals.
  • Give clear feedback, direction, and demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, and ability to apply insights to optimize lead generation, customer segmentation, and engagement strategies.

Job Position Overview

  • The CRM Campaign Specialist will play a key supporting role within client’s Customer Engagement team.
  • This will be a temporary position with the potential for full-time work and is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with experience in CRM platforms and digital campaign execution.
  • The specialist will assist in managing day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring continuity of customer communications and campaign performance tracking.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Campaign Specialist to join our Engagement team.

  • This role will assist in the execution and monitoring of CRM campaigns, ensuring continuity in customer engagement efforts across digital channels.
  • The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for data-driven marketing
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, the CRM Campaign Specialist will help execute email and SMS campaigns, maintain audience segmentation, and support reporting needs.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering personalized customer experiences in a regulated healthcare environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
