About the position

The Marketing Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales and customer service teams within Strong Automotive. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and coordinating various administrative tasks to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer projects accurately and efficiently, including data entry, order tracking, and communication with various departments delivering digital and traditional marketing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed in the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the account management team to support their efforts in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the management team.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field highly preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
